Line a 9 inch square baking dish with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350

Peel and slice your apples and measure the remaining ingredients

Add dry ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until thoroughly combined

Add wet ingredients and combine until it forms a dough

Press 2 cups (3/4) of the dough into the pan

Arrange the apples
