Vegan & Gluten Free Red Velvet Cupcakes
Make vegan buttermilk by mixing 1 tablespoon of lemon juice & fill with 1 cup of milk alternative.

Make a flax egg with 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons of hot water.

Sift dry ingredients and mix in wet ingredients.

Fill cupcake liners half way.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 and check with cake tester.

Mix vegan butter, powdered sugar and vanilla to make frosting.

Cool cupcakes completely and then pipe homemade buttercream using Cake Decorating set.
