Prep the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 Celcius

Sift 1 3/4 cup flour

Add 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt

Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Stir everything to combine

1 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Pour into dry mix

Stir well to combine

Pour the batter in a jug for easy dispensing

Pour the batter into the doughnut tin

Bake for 15 min at 180 Celsius

Allow to cool completely

You also need 1 cup of icing sugar, 1-2 tbsp water and food coloring

Mix the water and icing sugar

Add food coloring and mix

Dip the donuts in the icing

Add some sprinkles
