Here’s what you need! Use almond ricotta in place of the feta.

Blend almonds, lemon juice, salt, garlic, nutritional yeast, and water to make an almond ricotta.

Add the almond ricotta to a baking dish.

Surround the almond ricotta with tomatoes and garlic cloves.

Add a drizzle of lemon juice and olive oil (optional).
