Add 2 cups of rolled oats, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp almond butter, dash of vegan milk. Mix until it comes together and has sandy texture. Transfer to a pan and smooth with a cup to form the crust. Add 10-12 pitted dates and 1/2 cup plant based milk to food processor and pulse to mix. On a low heat combine the mixture with 1/2 cup plant based milk and 1 tbsp corn starch. Pour the mixture over your crust and smooth with a spoon. Slice 2 medium size bananas and put on top of the date layer. Mix a can of frozen coconut cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tbsp agar agar and whip. Pour the coconut whip over the banana layer and make it look pretty😉. Tap the pan to make it smooth. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set. Serve and show off your no bake cake talent.
