Vegan Bao Buns With Mushrooms
Gather ingredients: Portobello mushrooms, spinach, onion, tomato, and whole wheat flat buns.

Slice portobellos.

Marinate for 10 minutes in soy sauce, sriracha, and spicy chili sauce.

Thinly slice onion, marinate in white vinegar for 10 minutes.

Sauté mushrooms.

When cooked they will look like this.

Place fresh spinach, pickled onion, and tomato on buns.
