In a large saucepan, stir 1/2C arborio rice, 1/2t kosher salt, and 2C water. Bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Blend in a food processor, adding 1C oat milk, until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Add the cashew cream, orang juice and zest, 1/4C maple syrup, 1/4C bourbon, and 1/2t cloves.

Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is thick, around 20 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve immediately. Or, chill for 30-60 minutes and serve cold. Garnish with walnuts or orange slices. Enjoy!
