Vegan Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup
Water

Sea salt

2 tsp + 1 tsp

2 tsp
Cinnamon
1 cup
Raisins
Dutch Oven
Mix yeast, salt, and sugar.

Mix remaining dry ingredients together separately.

Pour yeast mixture into dry ingredient mixture.

Scrunch bread with hands until doughy.

Cover dough with plastic wrap and set aside. Place in microwave & allow to sit for 18 hours.

Remove and place in a parchment lined bowl with flour. Cover and allow to rise for 2 more hours.

Place in dutch oven & bake 30 mins at 450 F with the lid on and then 15 minutes with no lid.

Remove from oven. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
