Vegan Cookie Dough Banana Ice Cream
Slice 6 bananas into coins and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet

Freeze until firm

In a small food processor, add chickpeas, peanut butter, peanut flour, agave, cinnamon and salt

Blend until smooth

Scoop into a bowl

Stir in chocolate chips

Scoop into 1/4 tsp balls and put on to a parchment lined cookie sheet

Freeze for 30 minutes

Blend frozen bananas. Stop and scrape the sides a lot

Eventually it will be smooth

Stir in the frozen cookie dough bites and eat!
