Vegan Cranberry Crunch Bark
Line a glass container with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe dish, heat 4oz chocolate on medium heat until melted. Stir every 30 seconds.

Meanwhile mince fresh cranberries to measure 3T. Zest an orange.

When the chocolate is melted, stir in the cranberry, orange zest, and 8T puffed millet.

Press into the prepared container. Smooth out the top to create an even layer.

Refrigerate for at least one hour, then pull the chocolat out of the container.

Break into chunks. Enjoy!
