Vegan Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies
What you'll need
1 1/2 Cup
Melted Vegan Chocolate Chips
2/3 Cup
Coconut Palm Sugar
1/4 Cup
Vanilla Oat Mylk
1/4 Cup
Vegan Chocolate Chunks
1 Tsp
Baking Powder
1/3 Cup
Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup
Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp
Pink Salt
2 flax eggs
Flax Egg
1 Cup
Light Sprouted Buckwheat Flour
1/4 Cup
1/3 Cup
Vegan Chocolate Chips
Whip wet ingredients in a large bowl until creamy. Excluding melted chocolate.
Once creamy. Whisk or fold in melted chocolate.
In another bowl. Combine dry ingredients.
Slowly add dry to wet ingredients.
Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Line two sheets with parchment paper. Form a cookie with 3 tbsp of dough.
Bake for 11-15 mins. Press in chocolate chunks when cookies are still warm. Let cool for 30 mins!
