A few unpeeled cloves of garlic

A sprinkle of herbs, spices and salt and pepper

Add a good drizzle of olive oil

Roast at 180c for about 30 mins

Boil some of your favourite pasta

Add the cooked pasta to your feta tomato sauce

Stir well and serve!
