Vegan Mushroom Pâté
Fry the onion + garlic for 10 minutes until softened.

Add the mushrooms and fry for a further 5 minutes.

Place these in a food processor with the walnuts, white beans, herbs + seasonings.

Whizz until completely smooth. Place in the fridge for a few hours to firm up.
