Vegan Oat Flour Cinnamon Raisin Biscotti
Make a flax egg. Mix 1T ground flax with 2T water. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.

Mix 1 1/4C oat flour, 1/2t cinnamon, and 1/8t baking powder.

In a separate bowl, mix the flax egg with 1/3C date syrup and 1/2t vanilla extract.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir to combine.

Stir in 1/4C raisins.

Form the dough into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.

Slice the loaf into 1/2” pieces. Arrange the slices on the baking sheet. Return to a 250 degree oven for 80 minutes, until the biscotti is crisp.

Let the biscotti cool. Then serve and enjoy!
