Vegan Peanut Butter Millionaire’s Shortbread
Line and grease an 8” square baking pan.

Chop up 1 cup of peanuts

Make the crust! Combine coconut oil, maple syrup, Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour, and salt. Bake!

Melt together coconut oil and maple syrup. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Sprinkle peanuts over the crust and then top with the peanut butter filling! Refrigerate until firm

Combine chocolate and peanut butter. Melt!

Spread that glossy chocolate allll over the top. Refrigerate to set the chocolate.

Slice it up!
