Vegan Pecan Pie Bars (Gluten-Free)
Mix together all the ingredients for the base in a bowl.

Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Push the mixture all the way to the edges.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Place the dates, almond butter, plant-based milk, vanilla and salt in a food processor.

Blend until completely smooth.

Spread over the cooked base.

Press chopped pecan nuts into the filling.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing.
