Place the dates, peanut butter, protein powder, oats and plant-based milk in a food processor.

Whizz until smooth but still retaining some texture.

Transfer into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Smooth over the top and decorate with dried cranberries, if desired.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up before slicing into bars.
