Vegan Protein Pancakes
Add 50g of self-raising flour (Gf/Wholemeal/white)

1/2 a scoop of plant based protein 15-20g

Whisk, than add 1 tsp of baking powder, whisk again

Add 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup of sparkling water

1 squirt of sweet drops or desired sweetener

Whisk again

Add in flax egg and whisk again until thick and smooth. Add more liquid if too thick

Add a few tbs of mix at a time to the pan, add some sliced banana. Cook, flip, top & enjoy 🥰
