Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Put two chopped onions in a large pan with a splash of oil

Once translucent, add crushed garlic

Add 2 tbsp tomato puree

Pop in 4 tsp mixed Italian herbs

Add 250g mushrooms

Chuck in 4 diced carrots

Pour in 2 tins chopped tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes.

Add 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce

Now add 300g of vegan mince

Simmer for 15-20 minutes once all stirred in

Season to taste and add fresh basil
