Spinach • dill & parsley • spring onions • cashews • lemon • vinegar

Pan fry : spring onions, spinach, herbs > add salt & pepper

Blend: soaked cashews, vinegar, lemon, salt & water

Mix the spinach and cashew mixtures.

Spread the mixture onto your filo pastry (or brick pastry) > roll into a sausage shape

Coil your filled pastry

Bake for 45min. Oven 175C / 350F
