Vegan Tempeh & Veg Stirfry
Tempeh
1 Broccoli Head
1/2 Green Pepper
1 Onion
Tempeh

1/2 Purple Carrot
1/2 Yellow Carrot
1/2 Carrot
1. Garlic Clove
1 Inch Piece Of Ginger
Avocado Oil
1/3 cup
Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp
Tamari
1 tsp
Maple Syrup
Spiralizer
Veggies on deck!

Chop the broccoli

Chop the green pepper

Chop the onion

Spiralize or slice the purple carrot

Spiralize or slice the yellow carrot

Dice up the tempeh

Stirfry the tempeh in some avocado oil for several minutes until browned

Remove tempeh and set aside

Add some more oil and add in all the veggies

Keep them dancing around & add splashes of water or oil as needed

Add in the sauce! (soy sauce/aminos, tamari, maple syrup, microplaned garlic & ginger)

Add the tempeh back in and stirfry for another couple of mins...& it’s ready!
