Start out by very thinly slicing your tempeh

Make the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, oil, garlic, liquid smoke, and maple syrup

Add in the tempeh slices and marinate for 30+ minutes

Line on a baking sheet and top with a bit of the marinade. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway

Flip halfway and ENJOY!
