Sieve 100g gram flour & plain flour into a bowl

Add 3 tsp baking powder

Add half a teaspoon of salt

Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

Mix all dry ingredients together

Add 150ml aquafaba (chickpea water)

Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Add 450ml water

Pour liquid into dry ingredients

Mix well with a whisk, leave batter to rest for 15 mins

Pour a thin layer of vegetable oil into tray, heat in the oven for 10 minutes on gas mark 7

Put vegan sausages in the tray & pour batter in
