Heat up some avocado oil, add the veg & stir. Add some hot water instead of oil!

See that brown stuff...add some water to release it from sticking...that’s flavour! Cook a few mins

Crumble up the tofu & break it down. Add seasonings! Turmeric gives it the egg colour.
