Ingredients needed to make Vegan Tres Leches Cake

Whisk all the wet ingredients along with sugar in a large bowl and whisk well

Sift in the dry ingredients and mix well

Pour the batter into baking pan and bake until done

While the cake is baking, make the soaking liquid

Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes with a toothpick. Pour the warm syrup over warm cake. Let cool, then cover and chill for at least 4 hours

Whip non-dairy whipping cream or coconut cream until stiff peaks from. Frost the chilled cake and Serve

Enjoy chilled topped with tropical fruit
