In a mixer Jar, Add grated coconut

Mint leaves, Coriander Leaves

Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, Roasted Gram

Grind into a smooth paste

Add some Coriander stalks if you have

Heat Oil in a pan

Splutter Cumin Seeds

Add cooked Vegetables

Add in the ground Paste

Mix well & let it come to a boil

Simmer on Low flame for 4-5 minutes
