Vegetarian Green Bean Stew- Loubieh Bzeit
Wash & cut 3 lbs. green beans

Combine 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 tbsp olive oil to high heat

Add 1 cup onions

Add green beans

Keep cooking & Stir for 10 minutes on medium heat

Add 2 cans (3 cups) diced tomatoes

Add 3 cups water

Add 1/2 tbsp. salt

Cover & cook for 10 minutes

Add 15-20 garlic cloves

Cover & let simmer on med/low heat for 1 hour

Plate with green peppers, onions, and olives on the side. Recommended to be eaten with bread.
