Vegetarian Seekh Kebabs
Vegetarian Seekh Kebabs recipe brought to you by National's 'Seekh Kebab' Masala
To make Vegetarian Seekh Kebabs you’ll need half a pound of your favorite ground meat alternative.
In a large bowl mix 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, 2 tbsp diced onions.
Followed by 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 4 tbsp of National Seekh Kebab masala.
Mix these fresh ingredients with the ground meat alternative until incorporated.
Add 3 tbsp of roasted besan (gram flour) and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour.
Line a baking tray/plate with parchment paper. Take 3-4 tbsp of kebab mixture to form long kebabs.
In a small bowl mix 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tspn seekh kebab masala, set aside.
Pan cook with 2 tbsp oil or line a grill & cook for 5-6 min on each side until completely cooked.
Brush with lemon oil masala when cooked and hot.
Serve hot with onions, chutney + salad. Perfect for summer bbq’s, weeknight dinners or Sunday brunch
