Roll out a sheet of puff pastry

Sauté the veggies and add to a food processor

Add in remaining ingredients including oats, flour, seasoning, and lentils

Blend and add in remaining lentils

Pour the mixture in the middle of the pastry and fold the sides over

Brush with milk and fold the other sides

Brush top with milk

Score the top and bake!
