Veggie Lo Mein (15 Min Meal)
Make sauce: whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, brown sugar, water and chili sauce (optional)

Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in large skillet or wok

Add all the veggies (your choice of whatever veggies you have on hand) stir fry until tender, about 3-4 min

Remove from pan and set aside

Heat remaining sesame and vegetable oil then add the cooked and drained noodles into pan

Along with the sauce and allow to cook and caramelize tossing to coat for a few minutes

Add the veggies and toss to coat with the delicious sauce

Better and faster to make than takeout - done in 15 min

Serve with extra chili sauce and chopped green onions and enjoy
