Veggie Packed Turkey Meatballs
Finely shred carrots.

Finely shred zucchini.

Drain excess liquid from the carrots and zucchini. Add to a mixing bowl and add ground turkey.

Add steak seasoning and mix to combine. Create 4 turkey patties to make into burgers.

Flash freeze on a foil lined baking sheet for at least 2 hours. Transfer frozen patties to a ziploc.

Grab a small amount of meat mixture and make into meatballs. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

To make the spaghetti and wheels: Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Heat the meatballs with sauce and simmer until warmed through.

Toss the pasta with meatballs and sauce and serve!
