Veggie Quiche

Wash and cut veggies you want in your quiche.

Grate 1/2-1 cup cheese. Add 1/4 tsp salt, pepper and basil or oregano.

Cover the bottom of crust with grated cheese & veggies. Try broccoli, peppers or mushrooms.

Mix together 4 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk. Pour into the crust.

Stir to combine and evenly distribute ingredients in crust.

Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
