Vendakkai/Okra Puli Kulambu
Onion,Tomato,green chilli,Okra/Vendakkai,curry leaves
Gather all ingredients
Salt, Turmeric and Sambar masala powder
1 tsp oil, sauté the Okra/vendakkai until cooked
Save the cooked Okra
Oil, add mustard , green chilli, curry leaf for tadka. Sauté onion till it change color
Sauté tomato.Add the salt, Sambar and Turmeric powder.
Add Tamarind Water. If needed add a little excess water
Add Vendakkai/Okra and coconut milk to the gravy.Let it cook in low flame for 5 mins.
Ready to serve!!!
