Vietnamese Beef Steak Salad
In a small dish mix together the juice from 2 limes, 1 tsp. fish sauce, and 1 tsp. garlic ginger paste

Pour the steak marinade over two 8 oz. sirloin steaks. Cover for 20 minutes

Cook 1 cup dried rice noodles

Cut 2 carrots, slice 1 cucumber, chop 2 baby gem lettuce heads, a handful of fresh coriander, and 10 fresh mint leaves, finely slice a red chili

Cook your steaks on both sides over medium heat. Tent with foil loosely for 8 minutes before slicing

In a bowl mix together 2 Tbsp. sesame oil, the juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp. fish sauce, and 1 Tbsp. honey

Assemble the salad with all your fresh cut veggies, and top with your thinly sliced steak

Pour your dressing over top, serve and enjoy!
