Fill a large bowl with cold water.

Add your berries.

Add a few tablespoons of white vinegar.

Give it a swirl with your hand.

Let the berries soak for about 10 minutes. The vinegar eats away all the bacteria that causes rot!

After 10 minutes scoop berries to a colander...

...for a good rinse.

Air dry them on a clean kitchen towel.

Then store in the fridge. They will last 2-3 times as long!
