Toast gluten free bread. I’m using this waffle maker because I like waffle imprints.

Add mashed avocado + lemon juice to bread. Top with seaweed seasoning (available at Trader Joe’s).

Add hemp heart seeds and chili pepper flakes.

Add a soft or medium fine egg and enjoy!
