Wagamama Wok-Fried Greens (Vegan + Gluten-Free)
Mix together the soy sauce (or tamari), sugar, sesame oil and black pepper in a small bowl.
Fry the sliced garlic in a wok or frying pan on a low heat for 30 seconds until lightly browned.
Add the tenderstem broccoli, pak choi and sauce.
Cook on a medium heat for around 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
