Activate yeast with warm milk and brown sugar.

Yeast will be activated once bubbly and puffy (about 10 minutes).

Add butter, flour, and salt and stir to combine. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Melt 1 stick of butter and make sure the dough has doubled in size.

Dip your hands in butter and place rolls onto a pan. Brush with butter and sprinkle with kosher salt

Bake in 350 F oven for 10 minutes. Brush with more melted butter and salt when they come out.
