Warm Vanilla Rhubarb Crisp
Toss together the rhubarb, berries, honey/maple syrup,cardamom, cornstarch,vanilla & orange juice

Pour the fruit into a medium size baking dish and set aside

Combine oats, flour, sugar and nuts

Salt, cardamom and vanilla and then the butter - combine until crumbs form

Crumbs should be able to clump together

Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fruit

Until golden and bubbling

And serve warm with icecream or whip cream

Feel free to substitute honey or maple syrup with sugar and cardamom for cinnamon or preferred spice
