Warrior and Triangle Simple Standing Series
After warming up find your way to downward facing dog.
Inhale lift your right leg high, exhale step through to low lunge.
Inhale rise to warrior two. Ground through your heel. T out arms. Bring shoulders away from ears.
Flow between warrior two and reverse warrior. Inhale for reverse, exhale to return to warrior two.
Inhale straighten your front leg to transition to reverse triangle pose.
Flow between triangle and reverse triangle. Inhale reach up and back, exhale reach out and down.
Vinyasa to transition to the other side!
