Conquer your fear and follow me...
Start with a clean watermelon on a cutting board and a sharp knife.
Cut off ends to help watermelon stand up.
With watermelon standing, slice off rind with knife.
Clean up all the white spots you missed.
Slice watermelon in half and cut into slabs.
Cut slabs into 1-2” strips.
Rotate watermelon and cut into cubes.
Perfect for salads or a grab ‘n go snack! ENJOY!
