Wedge Salad For A Crowd With Blue Cheese
Place bacon on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes or until crispy.

Slice the top of the red onion. Peel the skin off. Slice in 1/4 inch slices.

Cut the tomatoes in half. You can use a serrated utility knife for this.

Slice bacon into 1/2 inch slices.

Combine 1/2 C. Greek yogurt, 1/2 C. buttermilk, 2 Tbs. white balsamic, salt and pepper.

Crumble the 4 ounces blue cheese and add to the dressing. Stir to combine.

Remove the end of the iceberg. Remove outer leaves.

Cut into small wedges. Wash and dry and place on your serving platter.

Top with cherry tomatoes and bacon.

Then top with blue cheese crumbles and red onion.

Then top with homemade blue cheese dressing.

And top with fresh dill, black pepper and salt.
