You’ll need 12oz feta, 6oz sour cream, 2TB lemon juice, 1/2tsp zest, 1 garlic, 1/8tsp EVOO

Whip the feta and the sour cream.

Add the lemon juice and zest, the grated garlic, and the olive oil.

Whip again until smooth.

There will still be some texture to the dip, but overall will be smooth and creamy.

Serve right away, or chill for 1-2 hours for added firmness.

Serve with crackers, chips, pita, naan! Or makes a great spread on wraps!🌯
