Peel 2-4 cloves garlic

Add garlic, sauté 1 minute

Add one can diced green chiles, or fresh roasted hatch chiles, saute one minute

Add 1 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp EACH paprika & oregano and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Add 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breas, 16 oz dried Beans and 5 cups chicken broth, set quick cooker to beans 40 minutes

Shred some cheese 🧀

Chop fresh cilantro

Shred chicken!

Add shredded chicken back in, along with 1 tbsp lime juice and 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

You can use the blender to puree some of the beans to make it more creamy!
