White Bean, Kale And Chicken Sausage Stew (TasteBuds)

Chop 1 onion, 2 carrots and 2 celery stalks

Heat 1 tbs oil on medium in a large pot, add sliced chicken sausage and cook for 4-5 mins until browned. Remove from pot

Add vegetables to pot and cook for 4-5 mins until softened

Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 white beans, 4 cups chicken broth, and 1 tbs Pampered Chef Garlic Rub. Bring to a boil then simmer for 12-15 minutes

Stir in the sausage and 4 cups chopped Kale. Let simmer for 5 minutes more
