White Cheddar Garlic Cauliflower Soup
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Heat oil in a stock pot on medium heat. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute.

Stir in cauliflower and water. Cover and steam, stirring occasionally, until tender, 5-7 minutes.

Add broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Raise heat to boil, stirring often, for about 5 minutes.

Remove pot from the heat and add the white cheddar cheese.

Stir until completely melted and smooth.
