White Chocolate Matcha Tart
Combine flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder.

Add butter a few tablespoons at a time.

Add eggs and mix until smooth dough forms.

Roll out dough.

Transfer dough into tart pan.

Poke holes into the bottom of the crust.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Bake tart shell at 350 for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Mix together sugar and cornstarch.

Stir in egg yolks.

Temper the eggs and pour mixture back into the pot.

Place over medium low heat and cook until thickened.

Whisk in white chocolate, butter, and matcha powder.

Transfer custard into baked tart shell. Refrigerate until set.
