Preheat pizza stone on 450F. For up to 30 minutes.

Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil and 2 presses garlic cloves together.

Grate 1 C. of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese.

Place dough on a lightly floured surface and flatten with hands. Stretch dough to 12 inches round.

Fold for an easier transfer to pizza peel.

Dust cornmeal all over pizza peel.

Place dough on pizza peel. Brush with olive oil and garlic.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Spoon dollops of ricotta. About 1/2 C.

Top with salt, pepper, and sun dried tomatoes.

Transfer pizza to stone in oven and bake for about 12-15 min.
