A quick, easy and healthy sesame milk and oat breakfast recipe to make

Add the oats, chia, cinnamon and salt to a mixing bowl

De-stone and chop the dates

Chop the walnuts and add to mixing bowl. Add juice of 1/2 a lime

Add the juice of 1 orange

Next, peel and coarsely grate the Asian pear

Add White Sesame Milk and mix well

Leave to activate overnight in the fridge or for at least 2 hours

Time to get creative and add your favorite toppings. I add sliced banana, mango and Asian pear

Add a few sliced dates and chopped walnuts for extra garnish

Pour in another shot of white sesame milk before serving for a delicious texture
