I like using the air fryer! Cook at 260 for 15 mins (not 13)

Remove from the air fryer and place in bowl of ice water to cool, then peel.

Slice the eggs in half.

Remove the yolk and add to a bowl.

Add mayo, mustard (optional), salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to the yolks.

Mash the yolks with a fork.

Or use a spatula to remove all the lumps. You want the yolks to be smooth.

Spoon the mix into the eggs or use a piping bag.

Garnish with hot sauce, seasoning, or pickles if desired.
